5 changes of leader: this one was a tug of war.
First place: Elena, with 107 points. The rest, see you in the replay. It didn't start well — only 3rd after the opening eights — but it clearly didn't end there.
Cretu led for 16 hands but finished second, 11 points behind. Cretu said they'd take nothing in the two-card hand on the way down... and took some. Whist listens, then does the opposite.
PaulP completed the podium with 83 points. PaulP was even in front after the seven-card hand on the way down.
Carmen closes out the table, with 69 points. "Last one buys the coffee" — as they say at the table. 11 broken contracts, collected like stamps.
