Alina never gave up the lead

A game of broken contracts — 39 of them around the table, and scores from 93 all the way down to 41.

Cosmin took last place without any nerves at all, on 41 points. 14 broken contracts, collected like stamps.

Olga completed the podium with 83 points. Olga was ahead of Denisa right up to the last hand.

Denisa took the runner-up spot with 89 points. Denisa got past Olga at the very last hand. In the third of the closing eights: Denisa said 0, scooped 3, and Cosmin was left counting the pieces.

Alina takes the game with 93 points and goes home happy. In front from the first of the opening eights to the end, and nobody got close enough to worry about. 11 good hands in a row — at one point, Alina was playing as if they could see everyone else's cards.

Well played everyone — and especially Alina!
