The comeback of Alina

The lead changed hands 9 times — nobody got comfortable at the top.

The tail of the table: Florentin, with 96 points. Somebody has to hold the candle. Florentin was ahead of Nico right up to the last hand.

Neither at the front nor at the back: Nico in 5th, with 98 points. The comfort zone. The last hand decided it: Nico went past Florentin right on the line. In the last of the opening eights: Nico called 0, took 6, and Alina and Florentin were left out in the cold.

PaulP finishes right in the middle — neither hot nor cold — 4th, with 103 points. After the three-card hand on the way up, PaulP was 3rd and dreaming of the podium — but the last hands had other plans.

Third, and on the podium: Raluca, with 117 points. In the third of the middle eights: Raluca said 2, scooped 5, and PaulP was left counting the pieces.

Second place went to Ana, with 120 points. At one stretch, 8 good hands in a row.

First place and peace of mind: Alina, with 129 points. It didn't start well — only 3rd after the opening eights — but it clearly didn't end there.
