Nico wins the evening

A game of broken contracts — 35 of them around the table, and scores from 110 all the way down to 62.

Emi took last place without any nerves at all, on 62 points. In the third of the middle eights, Emi bid 2 and took 5 — and Ana went down with it. 2 hands in a row: Emi broke the contract each time while everyone else made theirs.

Third, on the podium: Mihai, up there with eyes on the top step. Mihai left the robot at the wheel most of the evening and still came out respectable. Teamwork with the server.

Ana led for 12 hands but finished second, 16 points behind. 2 hands in a row: the table said and did, Ana said and... hoped. It didn't hold. At one stretch, 9 good hands in a row.

First place, no appeal: Nico, with 110 points. 2 hands in a row: Nico broke the contract each time while everyone else made theirs.

Congratulations to all — see you at the next table!
