Gigel never gave up the lead

Another evening at the green baize — a bit of everything, just like home.

Last, but with style: Ana, with 72 points. At least there were cards worth talking about. 14 broken contracts, collected like stamps.

Radu finished 5th with 78 points. After the three-card hand on the way up, Radu was 3rd and dreaming of the podium — but the last hands had other plans.

Neither at the front nor at the back: Elena in 4th, with 99 points. The comfort zone. After the three-card hand on the way up, Elena was 3rd and dreaming of the podium — but the last hands had other plans.

Third, and on the podium: Ioana, with 116 points. One card, a single card, and Ioana still got it wrong on the one-card hand. It happens even in the best houses.

Runner-up sounds good — gold sounded better. Catalin, with 127 points. One card, a single card, and Catalin still got it wrong on the one-card hand. It happens even in the best houses.

First place: Gigel, with 136 points. The rest, see you in the replay. In front from the first of the opening eights to the end, and nobody got close enough to worry about. At one stretch, 8 good hands in a row.

Congratulations to all — see you at the next table!
