The comeback of Daniel

Ana took last place without any nerves at all, on 43 points. After the two-card hand on the way up, Ana was 3rd and dreaming of the podium — but the last hands had other plans.

Third, on the podium: Alice, up there with eyes on the top step. In the second of the middle eights: Alice said 1, made 4, and the evening was ruined for Ana.

Daniel S crossed the finish line first, on 105 points. It didn't start well — only 3rd after the opening eights — but it clearly didn't end there. 2 hands in a row: the whole table kept its word, only Daniel didn't — but insisted, with dignity.
