Florentin comes back from behind

An evening with a bit of everything, except contracts kept: 48 slips at the table and scores from 115 down to 74.

Florentin gathered 115 points and the hearts of the crowd. Bravo! 2 hands in a row: the whole table kept its word, only Florentin didn't — but insisted, with dignity. At one stretch, 11 good hands in a row.

Cosmin took the runner-up spot with 97 points. In the last of the opening eights: Cosmin said 2, made 5, and the evening was ruined for Alina and Mara.

Third, on the podium: Mara, up there with eyes on the top step. In the last of the closing eights: Mara said 1, scooped 5, and Cosmin was left counting the pieces. Mara was even in front after the fourth of the middle eights.

Neither at the front nor at the back: Coca in 4th, with 80 points. The comfort zone. Coca swore 0 in the fourth of the opening eights and took a trick — whist has a sense of humour.

Last place: Alina, with 74 points. 2 hands in a row: the table said and did, Alina said and... hoped. It didn't hold. In the third of the closing eights the table couldn't make up its mind about Alina: 1 chair and 1 kiss flew in within seconds 🪑💋.

Well played everyone. Same table next time?
