Denisa wins the evening
4 players · 3 October 2026
A game of broken contracts — 36 of them around the table, and scores from 108 all the way down to 49.
Ștefan took last place without any nerves at all, on 49 points. 13 broken contracts, collected like stamps.
Third, on the podium: Ionela, up there with eyes on the top step. Ionela said they'd take nothing in the first of the opening eights... and took some. Whist listens, then does the opposite.
Mihai led for 8 hands but finished second, 16 points behind. Mihai left the robot at the wheel most of the evening and still came out respectable. Teamwork with the server.
Denisa comes out on top of everyone, with 108 points. The cards were kind. In the third of the middle eights: Denisa said 1, made 4, and the evening was ruined for Ionela. At one stretch, 7 good hands in a row.
Well played everyone. Same table next time?
