Ana takes the table

An evening with a bit of everything, except contracts kept: 37 slips at the table and scores from 92 down to 70.

Champion of the evening: Ana, with 92 points. The rest, see you in the replay. Ana only went in front at the very last hand.

Kiki finishes second, 6 points short of gold. Silver shines, but not quite the same. In the third of the opening eights, Kiki bid 0 and took 3 — and Elena went down with it. Kiki was ahead of Ana right up to the last hand.

Mihai completed the podium with 72 points. The last hand decided it: Mihai went past Elena right on the line. In the third of the middle eights, Mihai bid 0 and took 5 — and Ana went down with it.

Last, but with style: Elena, with 70 points. At least there were cards worth talking about. Elena was ahead of Mihai right up to the last hand. 2 hands in a row: the table said and did, Elena said and... hoped. It didn't hold.

Well played everyone. Same table next time?
