A tug of war, won by Daniela

The lead passed from hand to hand, 5 times over — it was anyone's guess.

Daniela won the game with 109 points. 9 good hands in a row — at one point, Daniela was playing as if they could see everyone else's cards.

Mihai led for 12 hands but finished second, 10 points behind. In the last of the middle eights: Mihai called 3, took 6, and Daniela was left out in the cold.

Third, on the podium: Elena, up there with eyes on the top step. Elena left the robot at the wheel most of the evening and still came out respectable. Teamwork with the server.

Bot took last place without any nerves at all, on 43 points. In the second of the middle eights: Bot said 4, scooped 7, and Mihai was left counting the pieces. 2 hands in a row: the whole table kept its word, only Bot didn't — but insisted, with dignity.
