Luis comes back from behind

The lead passed from hand to hand, 6 times over — it was anyone's guess.

Luis comes out on top of everyone, with 90 points. The cards were kind. 2 hands in a row: the table said and did, Luis said and... hoped. It didn't hold.

Second place went to Daniel S, with 78 points. From the tail of the table to a warm spot: Daniel plays right down to the last card. 7 good hands in a row — at one point, Daniel was playing as if they could see everyone else's cards.

Third, on the podium: Cosmin, up there with eyes on the top step. 2 hands in a row: the whole table kept its word, only Cosmin didn't — but insisted, with dignity. Cosmin was even in front after the three-card hand on the way up.

Last place, with dignity: Cretu, with 64 points. Somebody had to do it. Started like a champion — top of the table after the last of the opening eights — and finished like a tragedy. In the seven-card hand on the way up: Cretu said 2, made 5, and the evening was ruined for Cosmin and Luis.
