Denisa wins the evening

A game of broken contracts — 41 of them around the table, and scores from 111 all the way down to 48.

Last, but with style: PaulP, with 48 points. At least there were cards worth talking about. In the first of the middle eights: PaulP said 2, scooped 6, and Cretu was left counting the pieces.

Cretu completed the podium with 52 points. In the first of the closing eights: Cretu called 1, took 5, and Victor Mihail was left out in the cold.

Victor Mihail led for 13 hands but finished second, 51 points behind. 2 hands in a row: Victor broke the contract each time while everyone else made theirs.

Denisa won at a stroll, with 111 points and 51 clear of the rest.

Congratulations to all — see you at the next table!
