Radu comes back from behind

The lead changed hands 8 times — nobody got comfortable at the top.

Radu won with 117 points, by a whisker: just 2 points ahead. It didn't start well — only 3rd after the opening eights — but it clearly didn't end there.

Elena finished second, just 2 points short of the win. Elena was even in front after the last of the opening eights.

Mihai completed the podium with 102 points. Mihai was even in front after the seven-card hand on the way down.

Neither at the front nor at the back: Petru in 4th, with 99 points. The comfort zone. Before the last eights, only 8 points off the podium — the pace just didn't hold. 8 good hands in a row — at one point, Petru was playing as if they could see everyone else's cards.

Nico took last place without any nerves at all, on 66 points. In the second of the middle eights: Nico said 2, scooped 6, and Mihai was left counting the pieces.
