Luis comes back from behind

Second place for Vlad, with 94 points. So close to the top they can still taste it — bittersweet. Vlad got past Mihai at the very last hand. Vlad was even in front after the seven-card hand on the way up.

Mihai rounds out the podium with 87 points. Bronze still counts as a medal. Mihai was ahead of Vlad right up to the last hand. 2 hands in a row: Mihai broke the contract each time while everyone else made theirs.

Elena took last place without any nerves at all, on 57 points. In the first of the opening eights: Elena said 1, scooped 4, and Mihai was left counting the pieces.
