The lead changed hands 9 times — nobody got comfortable at the top.
Luis won with 78 points, by a whisker: just 2 points ahead. Luis only went in front at the very last hand. 2 hands in a row: the table said and did, Luis said and... hoped. It didn't hold.
Mihai finished second, just 2 points short of the win. The last hand decided it: Mihai went past Elena right on the line. 2 hands in a row: Mihai broke the contract each time while everyone else made theirs.
Third, on the podium: Elena, up there with eyes on the top step. Elena was ahead of Luis right up to the last hand. 2 hands in a row: the whole table kept its word, only Elena didn't — but insisted, with dignity.
Last place, with dignity: unf0rgettable, with 60 points. Somebody had to do it. Before the last eights, only 7 points off the podium — the pace just didn't hold.
