Kiki comes back from behind

The lead changed hands 7 times — nobody got comfortable at the top.

Kiki won the game with 128 points. It didn't start well — only 4th after the opening eights — but it clearly didn't end there. 13 good hands in a row — at one point, Kiki was playing as if they could see everyone else's cards.

Second place went to Radu, with 116 points. 2 hands in a row: only Radu slipped, while the rest said it and did it. The cards were kind to everyone but Radu.

Daniela completed the podium with 115 points. The place above was a single point away. Daniela was even in front after the last of the opening eights.

Elena finished 4th with 104 points. Elena got past Raluca at the very last hand. 2 hands in a row: the whole table kept its word, only Elena didn't — but insisted, with dignity.

Raluca closed the table from the back, on 103 points — there is always a next game. Raluca had the table at their feet after the seven-card hand on the way down. Whist was there to remind them nothing lasts forever. Raluca was ahead of Elena right up to the last hand.
