A tug of war, won by unf0rgettable

The lead passed from hand to hand, 5 times over — it was anyone's guess.

unf0rgettable crossed the finish line first, on 88 points. Going into the last hand the lead was already 29 — that one was a lap of honour. And that despite a slip in the very last hand.

Second place for Laura, with 69 points. So close to the top they can still taste it — bittersweet. Laura was even in front after the six-card hand on the way down.

Third, on the podium: edge, up there with eyes on the top step. In the third of the middle eights: edge said 3, scooped 6, and Laura was left counting the pieces. The two-card hand on the way up: 2 kisses rained down on edge 💋 — the darling of the table.

Lucky closes out the table, with 53 points. "Last one buys the coffee" — as they say at the table. After the two-card hand on the way up, Lucky was 3rd and dreaming of the podium — but the last hands had other plans. Lucky couldn't bear to look 3 times 🙈 — some cards are not meant to be seen.

Well played everyone — and especially unf0rgettable!
