Luis takes the table

An evening with a bit of everything, except contracts kept: 38 slips at the table and scores from 102 down to 64.

Luis won at a stroll, with 102 points and 23 clear of the rest.

Emi took second with 79 points — a fine evening, but the gods of whist were busy elsewhere.

Third, on the podium: Elena, up there with eyes on the top step. 2 hands in a row: the whole table kept its word, only Elena didn't — but insisted, with dignity.

The tail of the table: Kiki, with 64 points. Somebody has to hold the candle. In the first of the opening eights: Kiki called 1, took 4, and Emi was left out in the cold. 2 hands in a row: Kiki broke the contract each time while everyone else made theirs.
