Elena won by a whisker, with just 1 point — at whist even one point is as good as a mile. Elena only went in front at the very last hand. Elena was even last after the six-card hand on the way up, which makes the win all the sweeter.

Daniel S finished second, just 1 point short of the win. The last hand decided it: Daniel went past Kiki right on the line. In the first of the middle eights: Daniel called 2, took 5, and Luis was left out in the cold.

Kiki completed the podium with 80 points. Kiki was ahead of Elena right up to the last hand. 2 hands in a row: only Kiki slipped, while the rest said it and did it. The cards were kind to everyone but Kiki.

Last place: Luis, with 66 points. Leading by the book until the second of the middle eights... then the cards turned the page.
