The comeback of Elena
4 players · 4 October 2026
One evening, 4 players, a single crown. The rest — stories to tell over coffee.
Ionela took last place without any nerves at all, on 61 points. 4 hands in a row: the table said and did, Ionela said and... hoped. It didn't hold. Before the last eights, only 10 points off the podium — the pace just didn't hold.
Third, and on the podium: Mihai, with 77 points. 2 hands in a row: the table said and did, Mihai said and... hoped. It didn't hold.
Ana led for 20 hands but finished second, 17 points behind. At one stretch, 11 good hands in a row.
Champion of the evening: Elena, with 115 points. The rest, see you in the replay. It didn't start well — only 4th after the opening eights — but it clearly didn't end there.
Well played everyone — and especially Elena!
