Luis comes back from behind

First place: Luis, with 114 points. In the third of the opening eights: Luis said 2, made 5, and the evening was ruined for Ana. 2 hands in a row: the table said and did, Luis said and... hoped. It didn't hold.

Second place went to Elena, with 95 points. Elena was even in front after the last of the opening eights.

Ana completed the podium with 71 points. The last hand decided it: Ana went past Mihai right on the line. 2 hands in a row: only Ana slipped, while the rest said it and did it. The cards were kind to everyone but Ana.

Mihai closes out the table, with 71 points. "Last one buys the coffee" — as they say at the table. From leader to red lantern. The little wedge tipped the big cart — and the cart was Mihai. Level on points with Ana, and behind only on the tie-break.
