GIBO comes back from behind

The lead passed from hand to hand, 10 times over — it was anyone's guess.

First place: GIBO, with 80 points. And that despite a slip in the very last hand.

Luis led for 12 hands but finished second, 4 points behind. Luis got past Alice at the very last hand. In the six-card hand on the way down: Luis said 3, made 6, and the evening was ruined for GIBO. Luis cried laughing 3 times 😂 — the cheapest entertainment at the table.

Alice rounds out the podium with 75 points. Bronze still counts as a medal. Alice was ahead of Luis right up to the last hand. Alice was even in front after the six-card hand on the way down.

Last, but with style: Alina, with 68 points. At least there were cards worth talking about. In the last of the middle eights: Alina said 4, scooped 7, and Alice and Luis were left counting the pieces. 2 hands in a row: the whole table kept its word, only Alina didn't — but insisted, with dignity.
