Daniela comes back from behind

The lead changed hands 6 times — nobody got comfortable at the top.

Daniela won the game with 126 points. It didn't start well — only 3rd after the opening eights — but it clearly didn't end there. Daniela cried laughing 13 times 😂 — a fun evening, at least on one side of the table.

Raluca led for 12 hands but finished second, 13 points behind. In the second of the closing eights: Raluca called 1, took 4, and Adrian Gh and HelenC were left out in the cold. 8 good hands in a row — at one point, Raluca was playing as if they could see everyone else's cards. In the fifth of the middle eights, Raluca was showered with 2 kisses in a matter of seconds 💋.

Third, and on the podium: Roua, with 100 points. Roua said they'd take nothing in the first of the opening eights... and took some. Whist listens, then does the opposite. Roua declared the table on fire 3 times 🔥.

CCC finished 4th with 87 points. CCC said they'd take nothing in the three-card hand on the way down... and took some. Whist listens, then does the opposite.

In 5th place, Adrian Gh, on 79 points. Adrian swore 0 in the six-card hand on the way down and took a trick — whist has a sense of humour.

Last, but with style: HelenC, with 74 points. At least there were cards worth talking about. In the third of the closing eights: HelenC said 0, scooped 5, and Adrian Gh was left counting the pieces. The second of the middle eights: 2 chairs thrown at HelenC in seconds 🪑 — the table spoke its mind, furnished and all.

Congratulations to all — see you at the next table!
