A tug of war, won by Ionela

The lead passed from hand to hand, 9 times over — it was anyone's guess.

Ionela won by a whisker, with just 3 points — at whist even one point is as good as a mile.

Ana led for 14 hands but finished second, 3 points behind. Ana left the robot at the wheel most of the evening and still came out respectable. Teamwork with the server.

Mihai rounds out the podium with 100 points. Bronze still counts as a medal. 7 good hands in a row — at one point, Mihai was playing as if they could see everyone else's cards.

Luis took last place without any nerves at all, on 76 points. 3 hands in a row: the table said and did, Luis said and... hoped. It didn't hold. After the two-card hand on the way up, Luis was 3rd and dreaming of the podium — but the last hands had other plans.
