Mihai wins the evening

Elena took last place without any nerves at all, on 31 points. In the first of the closing eights: Elena called 5, took 8, and Ana and Mihai were left out in the cold. 2 hands in a row: only Elena slipped, while the rest said it and did it. The cards were kind to everyone but Elena.

Third, on the podium: Ana, up there with eyes on the top step. 2 hands in a row: the whole table kept its word, only Ana didn't — but insisted, with dignity.

Second place for edge, with 81 points. So close to the top they can still taste it — bittersweet. One card, a single card, and edge still got it wrong on the one-card hand. It happens even in the best houses.
