Luis, from start to finish

An evening with a bit of everything, except contracts kept: 36 slips at the table and scores from 117 down to 60.

Luis wins by 31 clear. That's not whist any more, it's a parade with a brass band. In front from the last of the opening eights to the end, and nobody got close enough to worry about. 2 hands in a row: the whole table kept its word, only Luis didn't — but insisted, with dignity. Luis cried laughing 7 times 😂 — the cheapest entertainment at the table.

Mihai took second with 86 points — a fine evening, but the gods of whist were busy elsewhere. 3 hands in a row: only Mihai slipped, while the rest said it and did it. The cards were kind to everyone but Mihai. Mihai spent a good while in last place and climbed out of it.

Third, and on the podium: Scorpio04, with 81 points. Scorpio04 said they'd take nothing in the four-card hand on the way down... and took some. Whist listens, then does the opposite. Scorpio04 couldn't believe their eyes 3 times 😮 — whist, full of surprises.

Ana took last place without any nerves at all, on 60 points. 2 hands in a row: Ana broke the contract each time while everyone else made theirs.
