The lead kept changing — Cretu came out on top

The lead passed from hand to hand, 11 times over — it was anyone's guess.

The tail of the table: Elena, with 75 points. Somebody has to hold the candle. Before the last eights, only 5 points off the podium — the pace just didn't hold.

Third, and on the podium: Ana, with 78 points. 2 hands in a row: the table said and did, Ana said and... hoped. It didn't hold. Ana was even in front after the seven-card hand on the way down.

Second place went to Mihai, with 90 points. Mihai was even in front after the first of the middle eights.

Cretu takes the game with 102 points and goes home happy.

Well played everyone — and especially Cretu!
