Mara was even in front after the fifth of the middle eights. 9 good hands in a row — at one point, Mara was playing as if they could see everyone else's cards. In the first of the middle eights, 2 chairs flew at Mara within seconds 🪑 — the table had opinions.

Ilinca finished second, just 3 points short of the win. In the five-card hand on the way up: Ilinca said 1, scooped 4, and Daniel S and PaulP were left counting the pieces. Ilinca was ahead of PaulP right up to the last hand.

PaulP won with 125 points, by a whisker: just 3 points ahead. PaulP only went in front at the very last hand.
