Ana finishes on 107 points, 31 above the next — the rest were playing a different game, it seems. It didn't start well — only 3rd after the opening eights — but it clearly didn't end there.

Luis led for 10 hands but finished second, 31 points behind. The last of the closing eights: Luis called 6 with the heart, not the cards. Eyes bigger than the hand.

Mihai rounds out the podium with 76 points. Bronze still counts as a medal. Level on points with Luis, and behind only on the tie-break.

Daniela took last place without any nerves at all, on 51 points. In the second of the closing eights, Daniela bid 2 and took 5 — and Luis went down with it. 2 hands in a row: only Daniela slipped, while the rest said it and did it. The cards were kind to everyone but Daniela.
