Cosmin takes the table

An evening with a bit of everything, except contracts kept: 35 slips at the table and scores from 130 down to 45.

Cosmin won at a stroll, with 130 points and 36 clear of the rest. At one stretch, 13 good hands in a row.

Mihai took second with 94 points — a fine evening, but the gods of whist were busy elsewhere. 2 hands in a row: only Mihai slipped, while the rest said it and did it. The cards were kind to everyone but Mihai. Mihai spent a good while in last place and climbed out of it.

Third, and on the podium: Elena, with 72 points. In the last of the middle eights: Elena said 1, made 5, and the evening was ruined for Ana. Elena was even in front after the last of the opening eights.

Ana took last place without any nerves at all, on 45 points. 3 hands in a row: Ana broke the contract each time while everyone else made theirs.

Well played everyone — and especially Cosmin!
