The comeback of Alina

The lead changed hands 9 times — nobody got comfortable at the top.

Last, but with style: Alice, with 63 points. At least there were cards worth talking about. Leading by the book until the five-card hand on the way down... then the cards turned the page. Alice, hard luck. In the first of the middle eights: Alice said 2, made 5, and the evening was ruined for Ana.

Third, and on the podium: Ana, with 74 points. Ana was even in front after the six-card hand on the way down.

Luis finished second, just 2 points short of the win. Luis spent a long time on the red lantern and came out clean — determined not to buy the round.

Alina won with 78 points, by a whisker: just 2 points ahead. Alina was even last after the seven-card hand on the way up, which makes the win all the sweeter. 2 hands in a row: Alina broke the contract each time while everyone else made theirs. Alina cried laughing 3 times 😂 — a fun evening, at least on one side of the table.
