Ana comes back from behind

The lead changed hands 4 times — nobody got comfortable at the top.

First place, no appeal: Ana, with 96 points. It didn't start well — only 3rd after the opening eights — but it clearly didn't end there. And that despite a slip in the very last hand.

Second place for Luis, with 87 points. So close to the top they can still taste it — bittersweet. In the third of the middle eights: Luis said 2, made 5, and the evening was ruined for Elena.

Third, on the podium: Elena, up there with eyes on the top step. In the six-card hand on the way up: Elena said 1, scooped 4, and Ana was left counting the pieces. The place above was a single point away.

Mihai took last place without any nerves at all, on 62 points. 3 hands in a row: Mihai broke the contract each time while everyone else made theirs. Before the last eights, only 5 points off the podium — the pace just didn't hold.

Congratulations to all — see you at the next table!
