The comeback of Elena

The lead changed hands 4 times — nobody got comfortable at the top.

Monica took last place without any nerves at all, on 48 points. From leader to red lantern. The little wedge tipped the big cart — and the cart was Monica. 2 hands in a row: Monica broke the contract each time while everyone else made theirs.

Third, and on the podium: Mihai, with 100 points. Mihai left the robot at the wheel most of the evening and still came out respectable. Teamwork with the server.

Ana led for 12 hands but finished second, 6 points behind. Ana was ahead of Elena right up to the last hand. At one stretch, 12 good hands in a row.

Elena won the game with 110 points. Elena only went in front at the very last hand. It didn't start well — only 3rd after the opening eights — but it clearly didn't end there.

Well played everyone — and especially Elena!
