Luis wins the evening

A game of broken contracts — 40 of them around the table, and scores from 89 all the way down to 59.

Vyce took last place without any nerves at all, on 59 points. The table was Vyce's after the last of the opening eights; the second half had other ideas.

Third, and on the podium: Mihai, with 74 points. Mihai left the robot at the wheel most of the evening and still came out respectable. Teamwork with the server.

Runner-up sounds good — gold sounded better. Elena, with 80 points. Elena was even in front after the last of the middle eights. 8 good hands in a row — at one point, Elena was playing as if they could see everyone else's cards.

First place and peace of mind: Luis, with 89 points. And that despite a slip in the very last hand.

Congratulations to all — see you at the next table!
