mar-ius comes back from behind

Another evening at the green baize, and it had a bit of everything.

First place, no appeal: mar-ius, with 128 points. It didn't start well — only 5th after the opening eights — but it clearly didn't end there. 16 good hands in a row — at one point, mar-ius was playing as if they could see everyone else's cards. mar-ius cried laughing 3 times 😂 — a fun evening, at least on one side of the table.

Second place for Ana, with 117 points. So close to the top they can still taste it — bittersweet. Ana was even in front after the six-card hand on the way down.

Third, on the podium: Leize, up there with eyes on the top step. Leize got past edge at the very last hand.

edge finished 4th with 111 points. In the four-card hand on the way down: edge said 0, made 3, and the evening was ruined for Leize and unf0rgettable. edge was ahead of Leize right up to the last hand.

unf0rgettable finishes right in the middle — neither hot nor cold — 5th, with 106 points. 2 hands in a row: the table said and did, unf0rgettable said and... hoped. It didn't hold. After the five-card hand on the way up, unf0rgettable was 3rd and dreaming of the podium — but the last hands had other plans.

The tail of the table: Mihai, with 103 points. Somebody has to hold the candle. One card, a single card, and Mihai still got it wrong on the one-card hand. It happens even in the best houses.
