unf0rgettable, from start to finish

Another evening at the green baize, and it had a bit of everything.

unf0rgettable wins by 22 clear. That's not whist any more, it's a parade with a brass band. In front from the third of the opening eights to the end, and nobody got close enough to worry about. And that despite a slip in the very last hand.

Ana took second with 106 points — a fine evening, but the gods of whist were busy elsewhere. 9 good hands in a row — at one point, Ana was playing as if they could see everyone else's cards.

Third, and on the podium: Elena, with 100 points. On the one-card hand, Elena laid down a card and a fistful of luck. It held.

Neither at the front nor at the back: Mihai in 4th, with 99 points. The comfort zone. The place above was a single point away. Before the last eights, only 5 points off the podium — the pace just didn't hold.

Ioana took last place without any nerves at all, on 74 points. In the third of the opening eights: Ioana called 0, took 4, and Elena was left out in the cold. 2 hands in a row: Ioana broke the contract each time while everyone else made theirs.

Congratulations to all — see you at the next table!
