The comeback of Kiki

6 changes of leader: this one was a tug of war.

Mihai took last place without any nerves at all, on 54 points. Leading by the book until the seven-card hand on the way down... then the cards turned the page. Mihai, hard luck. 2 hands in a row: the table said and did, Mihai said and... hoped. It didn't hold.

Elena completed the podium with 85 points. In the last of the closing eights: Elena called 3, took 6, and Mihai was left out in the cold. Elena was ahead of Ana right up to the last hand.

Runner-up sounds good — gold sounded better. Ana, with 87 points. Ana got past Elena at the very last hand. In the third of the closing eights: Ana said 2, made 5, and the evening was ruined for Mihai.

Kiki comes out on top of everyone, with 98 points. The cards were kind. It didn't start well — only 3rd after the opening eights — but it clearly didn't end there.

Congratulations to all — see you at the next table!
