Luis never gave up the lead

A game of broken contracts — 37 of them around the table, and scores from 91 all the way down to 66.

Last place: Mihai, with 66 points. 2 hands in a row: the whole table kept its word, only Mihai didn't — but insisted, with dignity. Before the last eights, only 9 points off the podium — the pace just didn't hold.

Elena rounds out the podium with 77 points. Bronze still counts as a medal. Elena left the robot at the wheel most of the evening and still came out respectable. Teamwork with the server.

Second place went to Ana, with 79 points. Ana left the robot at the wheel most of the evening and still came out respectable. Teamwork with the server.

Champion of the evening: Luis, with 91 points. The rest, see you in the replay. In the first of the opening eights, Luis bid 1 and took 4 — and Mihai went down with it. In front from the third of the opening eights to the end, and nobody got close enough to worry about.

Congratulations to all — see you at the next table!
