Elena takes the table

An evening with a bit of everything, except contracts kept: 35 slips at the table and scores from 97 down to 68.

First place: Elena, with 97 points. And that despite a slip in the very last hand.

Mihai took the runner-up spot with 89 points. Mihai spent a good while in last place and climbed out of it. 12 good hands in a row — at one point, Mihai was playing as if they could see everyone else's cards.

Ana completed the podium with 74 points. 2 hands in a row: only Ana slipped, while the rest said it and did it. The cards were kind to everyone but Ana. Ana was even in front after the last of the opening eights.

Last place, with dignity: Vyce, with 68 points. Somebody had to do it. 2 hands in a row: the whole table kept its word, only Vyce didn't — but insisted, with dignity. After the two-card hand on the way up, Vyce was 3rd and dreaming of the podium — but the last hands had other plans.

Congratulations to all — see you at the next table!
