The comeback of Cosmin

The lead passed from hand to hand, 4 times over — it was anyone's guess.

The tail of the table: Scorpio04, with 68 points. Somebody has to hold the candle. In the second of the middle eights: Scorpio04 called 2, took 6, and Luis was left out in the cold. 2 hands in a row: only Scorpio04 slipped, while the rest said it and did it. The cards were kind to everyone but Scorpio04. In the first of the opening eights, 2 chairs flew at Scorpio04 within seconds 🪑 — the table had opinions.

Alina completed the podium with 77 points. In the last of the middle eights: Alina called 2, took 5, and Cosmin was left out in the cold. 2 hands in a row: only Alina slipped, while the rest said it and did it. The cards were kind to everyone but Alina.

Luis took second with 91 points — a fine evening, but the gods of whist were busy elsewhere. Luis was even in front after the seven-card hand on the way down. Luis cried laughing 5 times 😂 — a fun evening, at least on one side of the table.

Cosmin took the game with 120 points and a 29-point cushion — never really in doubt. It didn't start well — only 4th after the opening eights — but it clearly didn't end there. 2 hands in a row: Cosmin broke the contract each time while everyone else made theirs.
