Kiki comes back from behind

The lead changed hands 4 times — nobody got comfortable at the top.

Champion of the evening: Kiki, with 113 points. The rest, see you in the replay. Kiki only went in front at the very last hand. It didn't start well — only 3rd after the opening eights — but it clearly didn't end there. Kiki cried laughing 5 times 😂 — a fun evening, at least on one side of the table.

Denisa led for 9 hands but finished second, 6 points behind. In the last of the middle eights, Denisa bid 1 and took 4 — and Alice and Vyce went down with them. Denisa was ahead of Kiki right up to the last hand.

Third, on the podium: Vyce, up there with eyes on the top step. In the second of the middle eights: Vyce said 0, scooped 4, and Kiki was left counting the pieces. 2 hands in a row: the whole table kept its word, only Vyce didn't — but insisted, with dignity.

In 4th place, Petru, on 81 points. Petru swore 0 in the second of the closing eights and took a trick — whist has a sense of humour.

Alice closes out the table, with 73 points. "Last one buys the coffee" — as they say at the table. 2 hands in a row: Alice broke the contract each time while everyone else made theirs.
