Ana, from start to finish

An evening with a bit of everything, except contracts kept: 40 slips at the table and scores from 117 down to 34.

Ana took the game with 117 points and a 43-point cushion — never really in doubt. In front from the first of the opening eights to the end, and nobody got close enough to worry about. 9 good hands in a row — at one point, Ana was playing as if they could see everyone else's cards.

Luis took second with 74 points — a fine evening, but the gods of whist were busy elsewhere. From the tail of the table to a warm spot: Luis plays right down to the last card. Luis cried laughing 11 times 😂 — the cheapest entertainment at the table.

Mihai completed the podium with 70 points. Mihai left the robot at the wheel most of the evening and still came out respectable. Teamwork with the server. In the five-card hand on the way down, 2 chairs flew at Mihai within seconds 🪑 — the table had opinions.

Ionela took last place without any nerves at all, on 34 points. In the third of the opening eights: Ionela called 4, took 7, and Ana and Luis were left out in the cold.

Well played everyone. Same table next time?
