Luis comes back from behind

7 changes of leader: this one was a tug of war.

Luis gathered 113 points and the hearts of the crowd. Bravo! It didn't start well — only 3rd after the opening eights — but it clearly didn't end there. At one stretch, 9 good hands in a row.

Second place for Ana, with 103 points. So close to the top they can still taste it — bittersweet. Ana left the robot at the wheel most of the evening and still came out respectable. Teamwork with the server.

Mihai completed the podium with 85 points. 3 hands in a row: only Mihai slipped, while the rest said it and did it. The cards were kind to everyone but Mihai.

Ionela took last place without any nerves at all, on 62 points. In the last of the closing eights: Ionela called 3, took 6, and Mihai was left out in the cold. 4 hands in a row: Ionela broke the contract each time while everyone else made theirs.

Well played everyone — and especially Luis!
