Daniela comes back from behind

6 changes of leader: this one was a tug of war.

First place and peace of mind: Daniela, with 113 points.

Claudiu finishes second, 7 points short of gold. Silver shines, but not quite the same. In the first of the closing eights: Claudiu said 0, scooped 3, and Roua was left counting the pieces. Claudiu was even in front after the two-card hand on the way down.

Third, on the podium: Cozo, up there with eyes on the top step. Cozo got past Roua at the very last hand.

In 4th place, Alice, on 92 points. The last hand decided it: Alice went past Roua right on the line. From the tail of the table to a warm spot: Alice plays right down to the last card. In the five-card hand on the way up, Alice was showered with 2 kisses in a matter of seconds 💋.

Roua finishes right in the middle — neither hot nor cold — 5th, with 91 points. Roua was ahead of Cozo right up to the last hand. After the fourth of the closing eights, Roua was 3rd and dreaming of the podium — but the last hands had other plans.

The tail of the table: Adrian Gh, with 79 points. Somebody has to hold the candle. In the third of the opening eights, Adrian bid 3 and took 6 — and Roua went down with it.

Congratulations to all — see you at the next table!
