Ana, from start to finish

An evening with a bit of everything, except contracts kept: 38 slips at the table and scores from 108 down to 65.

Ana took the game with 108 points and a 22-point cushion — never really in doubt. In front from the third of the opening eights to the end, and nobody got close enough to worry about. 7 good hands in a row — at one point, Ana was playing as if they could see everyone else's cards.

Elena took second with 86 points — a fine evening, but the gods of whist were busy elsewhere. 2 hands in a row: the table said and did, Elena said and... hoped. It didn't hold.

Mihai completed the podium with 71 points. Mihai left the robot at the wheel most of the evening and still came out respectable. Teamwork with the server.

Last place, with dignity: Sebi, with 65 points. Somebody had to do it. 2 hands in a row: the table said and did, Sebi said and... hoped. It didn't hold. After the two-card hand on the way up, Sebi was 2nd and dreaming of the podium — but the last hands had other plans.

Congratulations to all — see you at the next table!
