A tug of war, won by Ioana

5 changes of leader: this one was a tug of war.

Champion of the evening: Ioana, with 148 points. The rest, see you in the replay.

Runner-up sounds good — gold sounded better. Ana, with 135 points. 14 good hands in a row — at one point, Ana was playing as if they could see everyone else's cards.

Mihai rounds out the podium with 128 points. Bronze still counts as a medal. Mihai left the robot at the wheel most of the evening and still came out respectable. Teamwork with the server.

Emi finished 4th with 128 points. Level on points with Mihai, and behind only on the tie-break. 2 hands in a row: the whole table kept its word, only Emi didn't — but insisted, with dignity.

In 5th place, Radu, on 90 points. Radu left the robot at the wheel most of the evening and still came out respectable. Teamwork with the server.

Last, but with style: Elena, with 79 points. At least there were cards worth talking about. In the fourth of the opening eights: Elena said 2, scooped 5, and Ana was left counting the pieces. 2 hands in a row: the whole table kept its word, only Elena didn't — but insisted, with dignity.

Well played everyone — and especially Ioana!
