Luis comes back from behind

An evening with a bit of everything, except contracts kept: 37 slips at the table and scores from 98 down to 52.

First place: Luis, with 98 points. In the third of the middle eights: Luis said 0, scooped 3, and Cristian Imparat was left counting the pieces. It didn't start well — only 4th after the opening eights — but it clearly didn't end there. Luis cried laughing 3 times 😂 — the cheapest entertainment at the table.

Cristian Imparat led for 21 hands but finished second, 4 points behind. The last of the middle eights: Cristian called 6 with the heart, not the cards. Eyes bigger than the hand.

Ionela rounds out the podium with 68 points. Bronze still counts as a medal. In the second of the middle eights: Ionela called 0, took 4, and Mihai was left out in the cold.

Mihai took last place without any nerves at all, on 52 points. After the seven-card hand on the way up, Mihai was 3rd and dreaming of the podium — but the last hands had other plans.

Congratulations to all — see you at the next table!
