Last place, with dignity: Ana, with 85 points. Somebody had to do it. 11 broken contracts, collected like stamps.

Radu finished 5th with 98 points. Radu was ahead of Ioana right up to the last hand. After the first of the closing eights, Radu was 2nd and dreaming of the podium — but the last hands had other plans.

In 4th place, Leize, on 101 points. The last hand decided it: Leize went past Radu right on the line. After the two-card hand on the way up, Leize was leading the table — but the last hands had other plans.

Third, and on the podium: Ioana, with 104 points. Ioana got past Radu at the very last hand. Ioana was even in front after the four-card hand on the way up.

Elena took the runner-up spot with 108 points. One card, a single card, and Elena still got it wrong on the one-card hand. It happens even in the best houses.

Mihai crossed the finish line first, on 112 points. It didn't start well — only 3rd after the opening eights — but it clearly didn't end there.
