Elena comes back from behind

The cards went out, and so did the egos. Here is what came of it.

First place: Elena, with 120 points. The rest, see you in the replay. It didn't start well — only 3rd after the opening eights — but it clearly didn't end there. At one stretch, 14 good hands in a row.

Kiki took the runner-up spot with 109 points. Kiki was even in front after the last of the opening eights.

Mihai completed the podium with 71 points. The last hand decided it: Mihai went past Gigel right on the line. 3 hands in a row: only Mihai slipped, while the rest said it and did it. The cards were kind to everyone but Mihai.

Gigel closes out the table, with 70 points. "Last one buys the coffee" — as they say at the table. Gigel was ahead of Mihai right up to the last hand. 2 hands in a row: only Gigel slipped, while the rest said it and did it. The cards were kind to everyone but Gigel.
