Mihai takes the table

An evening with a bit of everything, except contracts kept: 34 slips at the table and scores from 89 down to 70.

Mihai won with 89 points, by a whisker: just 1 point ahead. 2 hands in a row: only Mihai slipped, while the rest said it and did it. The cards were kind to everyone but Mihai.

Ana finished second, just 1 point short of the win. The place above was a single point away. From the tail of the table to a warm spot: Ana plays right down to the last card.

Third, and on the podium: Elena, with 83 points. In the third of the opening eights: Elena said 1, made 4, and the evening was ruined for Daniel S. Elena was even in front after the five-card hand on the way up.

Daniel S closes out the table, with 70 points. "Last one buys the coffee" — as they say at the table. In the last of the middle eights: Daniel called 2, took 6, and Ana was left out in the cold. 2 hands in a row: Daniel broke the contract each time while everyone else made theirs.
